A somatic healing ritual includes the same body-based foundation as Somatic Craniosacral, but it begins with coaching so we can understand what you are moving through, what you want to shift, and what your system is asking for. From there, we do not just notice what appears in the body—we work with it. During the session, we may use coaching, breathwork, and somatic guidance to help process what is coming up- in real time. This creates space not only for insight, but beginning actual movement and transformation of undigested life experiences. Post-care consult follows with recommendations to support your healing. Pre and post consult are built into treatment time. *Please allow for integration time in your schedule following treatment.
